What does it mean to be sick and tired of being sick and tired?

We all know that you are not ready to stop your destructive behavior until you have surrendered it all to Jesus. As we look at ways to minimize and justify our lack of surrender, we need to remember Step Three. Have we really turned our will and life over to God? Just how dependent are we on our character defects that we know are not God’s will for us. Let’s examine for a moment our dependency on an every day level. Every day we turn on our electricity in our home, hoping that nothing will cut us off from that current. Well, in the same way, we cut ourselves off from God’s Will as we totally lack surrendering our will to Him. Our motive for surrender should not be for any personal gain at all. All is done for Him (Christ) not for us. Mark 10:28, Peter left it all to follow Him. It is time to surrender.
